To: Sandra NWSEPARATOR You held my hand when I was scared to get the IV in. I’m 67 years old and still afraid of needles — and you didn’t laugh at me, not once. You just said, “We’ll do it together.” Thank you for treating me like a person, not a patient.

To: Janice NWSEPARATOR Thank you for taking such good care of my mom. You were so attentive and kind and helped make a scary time less scary.

To: Nik NWSEP I don’t know a better dude than Nik. He cares when he’s on the clock and when he’s off. Through some of the hardest, darkest months of my life I only had one person who cared to come alongside me – Nik – thanks brother. I’ll be forever grateful for you.

To: Sarah P. NWSEP I can’t thank my nurse Sarah enough for everything she did. She has this amazing way of making a scary hospital room feel safe. She was always there with a smile, a kind word, and a steady hand when I needed it most. Sarah, you’re a total lifesaver—literally!
