Is 20–30 mmHg right for you?

If you're experiencing more noticeable swelling, leg fatigue, or varicose veins, moderate compression provides a higher level of support while still being wearable all day.

This level is ideal if you:

Have visible swelling in your legs or ankles
Experience varicose veins
Sit or stand for long periods
Feel heaviness or fatigue in your legs
Need more support than light compression

What does "20–30 mmHg" mean?

Compression is measured in mmHg (millimeters of mercury) — how much pressure the sock applies to your leg, strongest at the ankle and easing up the calf (graduated compression). 20–30 mmHg is moderate compression — more pressure than everyday socks, for noticeable swelling and circulation concerns while still wearable all day.

Not sure which level? Compare them.

Surgeon-designed for real leg health

Dr. Johnny's compression wasn't designed by a marketing team. It was developed by Dr. Jean Segal — a surgeon with over 35 years treating patients with venous disease, swelling, and circulation problems. Every level we offer exists because his patients needed it: stylish enough to wear every day, effective enough to make a real difference.
