This guide is for compression socks. Three quick measurements — your ankle, your calf, and your shoe size — get you the right fit. Measure in the morning when swelling is lowest, against bare skin, with your foot flat.

Measure your ankle
Measure the circumference at the narrowest part of your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
Measure your calf
Measure the circumference at the widest part of your calf.
Confirm your shoe size
Most people fit our standard shoe size. If you're unsure, go by your ankle measurement.
