Firm Compression Socks for Maximum Support (30–40 mmHg)
Maximum compression support
Helps manage more serious swelling
Designed for advanced circulation needs
Is 30–40 mmHg right for you?
30–40 mmHg is the strongest level of compression we offer and is typically used for more advanced needs. If you’re unsure, it’s usually best to start with a lower level.
This may be right for you if:
- You have significant or persistent swelling
- You’ve been advised to wear strong compression
- Lighter compression hasn’t been enough
- You’re already familiar with compression socks
Helps reduce mild swelling
Supports circulation throughout the day
Comfortable for all-day wear
What does "30–40 mmHg" mean?
Compression levels are measured in mmHg (millimeters of mercury), which indicates how much pressure the socks apply to your legs. 30–40 mmHg is considered high compression, applying more pressure than everyday compression socks to help improve circulation and reduce swelling.
It’s commonly used for more specific needs.
Before choosing firm compression
Firm compression provides strong pressure and may not be suitable for everyone. If you're new to compression socks, we recommend starting with a lower level unless advised otherwise by a healthcare provider.
