Your legs are covered — let's put that coverage to work.
Thanks for joining us at Healthy Leg Day. Your 20-30 mmHg compression socks are surgeon-designed, made for real days on your feet — and for most plans, claimable. Here's the easy part: choosing your pair.
How to use your insurance — it's easier than you think
Most extended health plans in Canada cover compression at 20-30 mmHg — the exact level you're looking at. Here's how it works with us:
Order your pairs
Buy the socks you want today.
Get your claim-ready receipt
We send an itemised receipt made for insurance submissions.
Submit and get reimbursed
Send it to your plan like any other health expense.
Not sure what your plan allows? Read our coverage guide — or just ask us; it's kind of our thing.
Coverage varies by insurer, province, and employer, and there's no direct billing anywhere (including Blue Cross) — you pay, submit your receipt, and get reimbursed. Nothing here is medical advice or a guarantee of reimbursement; check your plan and speak with your practitioner.
Not sure of your size? Two minutes sorts it.
- Measure your ankle at its narrowest point, just above the ankle bone.
- Measure your calf at its widest point.
- Have your shoe size handy — our size chart maps ankle, calf, and shoe size together.
- Your sock top should sit about two finger-widths below the crease of your knee — if it rolls or digs, it's the fit, not the sock.
Surgeon-designed, family-run.
Dr. Johnny's exists because the socks people needed were socks nobody wanted to wear. Our founder, Dr. Jean Segal, spent 35 years treating venous disease — so these are built to actually help, and to actually look good on.
"More comfortable than other compression socks I've tried. My legs felt less tired after wearing them." — Kristina A., verified buyer · Cosmic Purple, 20-30 mmHg
We're here whenever you need us.
Order on your own, or lean on us for sizing and coverage questions — either way, we've got you. A real person reads every message, usually me.
