Our Guarantee
Finding the perfect product can take time, so we encourage you to put your new Dr. Johnny's products to the test. Wear them, use them, and wash them as much as you like. If the fit or performance still isn't right, contact us for a personal consultation — we'll help you find the right product or size before you start a return.
Eligible Items
All Dr. Johnny's products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Consultation: Before returning, we recommend reaching out for a free fit consultation to find the perfect match.
- Socks: Socks are a personal item. For hygiene reasons, if you ordered multiple pairs, please open, wash, and wear only one pair when testing the fit.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the product you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll guide you through it. Returns and exchanges are free — we cover the return shipping.
Our Positive Returns Program
More often than not, we won't ask you to ship anything back at all. Where it makes sense, we'll simply ask you to keep or donate your Dr. Johnny's items locally — it's kinder to you and to the planet. Either way, your refund or exchange is taken care of once your return is confirmed.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a 20% or greater discount can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've received the item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for it to appear, and 1–2 billing cycles for it to show on your statement.
- Items damaged for reasons not caused by our error, or returned after the 30-day window, may be eligible for a partial refund at the full discretion of Dr. Johnny's.
Gifts
- If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, your refund will be issued as a gift certificate.
- If the product was not marked as a gift but received as one, the refund will go to the original purchaser's method of payment.
What's Not Eligible
- Gift cards (final sale)
- Original shipping fees, where they applied to your order
- Items received for free or as a gift with purchase

We do. Returns and exchanges are free of charge.
Do I have to mail my items back?
Often, no. Where it makes sense we'll ask you to keep or donate them locally — and you'll still receive your refund or exchange.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. We recommend a quick (free) fit consultation first so we can get you into the right size the first time.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within several business days, and can take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
